You may be required to submit copies of a government-issued identity document (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is satisfactorily completed.

The standard minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. Minimum deposit thresholds for cryptocurrency deposits are the equivalent of MYR 30 based on the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
Deposits made via FPX, DuitNow, and supported e-wallets are credited to your Account Balance in real time under normal operating conditions. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to network confirmation times and will be credited upon reaching the required number of blockchain confirmations.
All deposits must be made from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where payment is made using a method owned by another individual — are strictly prohibited. Ringgit88 reserves the right to void transactions and close Accounts where third-party payment is suspected.
Players may request withdrawal of Real Money Funds from their Account Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.
All withdrawal requests require successful completion of Ringgit88's KYC identity verification process. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC verification is completed will be held in a pending state until verification is finalised.
Ringgit88 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five (5) minutes for verified Accounts during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended in exceptional circumstances including but not limited to high transaction volumes, additional compliance review requirements, or banking system downtime. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. Ringgit88 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving a withdrawal to a different payment method from the one used for deposits.
Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Detailed wagering conditions are specified in the individual promotion terms applicable to each bonus offer. Real Money Funds are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time subject to KYC compliance.
